Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Relationship Manager at MAS Rural Housing & Mortgage Finance Ltd. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing client queries, building relationships with borrowers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in assessing loan applications, coordinating with various departments to process loans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Experience in loan assessment and processing
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with housing finance and mortgage products is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
