Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔸Assist with on-boarding processes

🔸Maintain employee records

🔸Support day-to-day HR operations

🔸Coordination and follow ups

🔸 Fluent in English

🔸 Good command on excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the finance or housing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
