About the Role:

Relationship Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers through
self-sourcing
and
open-market
strategies.
Promote
Loan Against Property (LAP)
and other loan products to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless loan processing.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals effectively.

Who Can Apply

Experience:
1 to 5 years
in loan sales (LAP, Home Loan, Business Loan, or Working Capital).
Strong knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable with
fieldwork and open-market sourcing
.

Salary:

?3.5 LPA + Fuel Allowance + Incentives
