About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Relationship Managers with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Business Loans, or Working Capital . This is an individual contributor role involving field sales, self-sourcing, and open-market business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through self-sourcing and open-market strategies. Promote Loan Against Property (LAP) and other loan products to potential clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless loan processing. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals effectively. Who Can Apply Experience: 1 to 5 years in loan sales (LAP, Home Loan, Business Loan, or Working Capital). Strong knowledge of financial products and lending processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
