Job Summary

Manager Corporate Banking

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new corporate business and maintain existing customer portfolio.
Prepare balance sheet analysis, credit proposals, and financial models.
Monitor and review existing credit customers.
Drive business development across working capital finance, project finance, trade finance, and investment banking.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal credit risk policies.
Build and maintain strong corporate relationships (including salary account tie-ups).
Provide financial solutions to clients and act as single point of contact.
Coordinate with operations team, credit team, and clients for documentation.
Support branch banking operations and interact with walk-in corporate clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with
1015 years of experience
in corporate banking (MNC banks preferred).
MBA in Banking & Finance / Marketing preferred.
Experience in handling
LCBD, ECB, Trade Finance (PCFC, etc.), Working Capital, Term Loans
.
Strong financial analysis, credit appraisal, and portfolio management skills.
Ability to independently build and manage client book.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Young, energetic, solution-oriented personality with strong aptitude.
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
