• Ensure consistent revenue generation across all products – Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and Unlisted Shares.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects to generate quality leads and close business.
• Provide timely solutions to RMs’ queries and support them in handling client objections.
• Monitor daily activities, track performance, and motivate the team towards achieving branch goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring excellent service and financial guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities, plan strategies, and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in Wealth Management / Financial Products / Team Handling.
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and Unlisted Shares.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to inspire a team.
