Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth

• Identify, acquire, and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for investment products.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and propose suitable investment strategies.
• Act as a single point of contact for client queries, transactions, and wealth planning needs.

Investment Advisory

• Understand client risk profiles, financial goals, and investment preferences.
• Recommend appropriate wealth products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, and structured products.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new investment opportunities.

Operational & Compliance

• Ensure all documentation, KYC, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client transactions and onboarding.
• Adhere to company policies and SEBI guidelines at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, BFSI, or investment advisory.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk profiling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage HNI clients with professionalism and discretion.
• Certifications like NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, or CFP are an added advantage.
