Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical drawings, CNC programming basics, and machining processes to ensure high-quality production with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery (lathe, milling, or turning machines) safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines.
• Perform basic machine setups, including changing tools and setting offsets.
• Monitor the machining process, making necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure precision.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues.
• Ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
• Minimum [1-3] years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming basics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.68 per month
