Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager (Sales) with at least 3 years of banking experience to drive business growth through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of banking products. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving sales targets, managing client portfolios, and providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and business networking.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets across products (savings, current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems in line with compliance requirements.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address customer queries or issues.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41,000.43 - ₹45,000.30 per month
