Job Description

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager located in Panipat, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with Partners. You will provide personalized service and assist them with their insurance needs. Your daily tasks will include managing client accounts, addressing Partner inquiries, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners - Provide personalized service and assist Partners with their insurance needs - Manage client accounts and address Partner inquiries - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities - Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups - Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Partner relationship management and customer service - Knowledge of insurance products and services - Strong organizational and time management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus,
