Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Relationship Manager based in Panipat, responsible for nurturing strong relationships with Partners, offering tailored service, and supporting them with their insurance requirements. Your daily duties will involve managing Partner accounts, addressing their queries, researching the market for new prospects, and ensuring Partner satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners - Provide personalized service and support for Partner insurance needs - Manage client accounts and address Partner inquiries - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups - Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Partner relationship management and customer service - Knowledge of insurance products and services - Strong organizational and time management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus,
