Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for Education loans through cross-selling while enhancing client relationships.
Roles and Responsibility

Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for Education loans by cross-selling and enhancing client relationships.

Retain and expand the company''s customer base to ensure repeat business or referrals, developing strong liaisons with existing clients.

Maximize sales through networking and relationships to ensure strong business.

Ensure files are processed with minimal TAT and coordinate with different departments.

Optimize team productivity by effectively managing relationship managers to achieve results and meet business targets.

Lead and supervise the team for implementing the growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Provide feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations and company processes and policies, including generating required reports.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education loan industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing teams and leading sales initiatives.

A graduate degree is required for this position.
