We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales strategies, expand our global footprint, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B industrial sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the production and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Lead participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
Drive digital and traditional marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Mentor and guide the sales team to meet individual and organizational goals.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Polymer Technology / or related field. MBA in Marketing preferred.
8–12 years of proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in rubber, polymers, or allied manufacturing industries.
Strong network in domestic and international industrial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
