Job Description

  • Role Focus:

    B2B role responsible for driving Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business exclusively through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel for a leading [Bank/NBFC].
  • Partner Acquisition:

    Identify, recruit, empanel, and activate new high-performing DSAs and connectors in the local market to expand distribution reach.
  • Portfolio Management:

    Manage a mapped set of DSA relationships, motivating them to drive consistent loan application volumes to meet monthly branch targets.
  • Operational Coordination:

    Act as the primary liaison between DSAs and internal Credit/Operations teams to resolve queries and ensure industry-leading Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursements.
  • Experience Requirement:

    Must have 27 years of relevant experience in mortgage sales with a proven track record in managing intermediary/channel partner relationships.
  • Senior RM Differentiator:

    Senior roles involve managing key strategic accounts, handling high-value ticket sizes, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Preferred Profile:

    Candidates with an existing, active network of local mortgage intermediaries will be given strong preference for immediate business impact.
