Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager with 1 to 7 years of experience in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) through the Direct Channel . The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Source and onboard new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the direct channel. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for HL and LAP products. Conduct customer profiling, financial analysis, and creditworthiness assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement. Coordinate with internal departments for loan processing, disbursal, and post-sales support. Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and documentation requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property , preferably in a Direct Sales Channel . Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and market dynamics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a bank/NBFC handling HL/LAP products. Local market knowledge and customer base.
