Job Summary / Position Overview

Relationship Manager Disposal

relationship management, dealer management, business development, or sales in the automobile industry

Key Responsibilities

Identify and
onboard new dealers
for Speedioos
disposal network
Manage end-to-end
dealer onboarding
and explain
disposal process, pricing, and policies
Perform
dealer relationship management
and act as the primary SPOC
Handle
dealer queries, issue resolution, and coordination
Ensure dealer
compliance with disposal guidelines and company SOPs
Conduct regular
dealer visits, field sales activities, and performance reviews
Monitor
dealer performance, volumes, and disposal targets
Achieve monthly
dealer onboarding and business development targets
Support
channel partner management and network expansion

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in
relationship management, dealer management, channel sales, or business development
Experience in
automobile industry, dealer network, disposal, or vehicle sales
preferred
Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in
field sales, partner management, or account management
Willingness to
travel frequently
for dealer visits
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
