Job Title: Relationship Manager - Direct Channel

Location: Delhi NCR

Exp: 1 year to 6 years in Life Insurance, Banking, Loans, Mutual Fund or any financial institution.

Job purpose;

Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the partner bank officials (Union Bank & Bank of India) at the Branch level. Promoting sales and achieving targets set by the company in respect of new business, renewal persistency and promoting company brand image within the given cluster of branches.

As a Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel) in our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. This role offers immense growth opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact in the insurance industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients through direct channels
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
• Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements

• Communication - Local Language proficiency with working knowledge of English

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate
• 1 year to 6 years in Life Insurance, Banking, Loans, Mutual Fund or any financial institution.
