Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Direct Channel located in Jabalpur Tehsil. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for following up with potential clients, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent customer service and query-handling skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and data management
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
