Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Direct Channel located in Jabalpur Tehsil. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing direct sales channels, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, processing applications efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their insurance journey.

Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
