About the Role

Leasing Specialists (CLG 2 Level)

Key Responsibilities

Originate and acquire new clients in the leasing segment across the Mumbai region.
Manage the complete deal lifecycle sourcing, evaluation, underwriting, and disbursal.
Conduct
credit analysis
,
financial modeling
, and
risk assessment
for potential clients.
Structure lease deals aligned with company policies and client requirements.
Strengthen customer engagement through proactive relationship management and superior service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams
Credit, Legal, and Operations
— to ensure seamless deal execution.
Monitor portfolio performance, including renewals, repayments, and early warning indicators.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in leasing and credit.
