Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Manage and lead a direct sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
Responsible for P&L and portfolio growth for the region.
Generate interest income through fees and syndication.
Ensure health of portfolio by provisioning for customer overdues and maintaining customer connect.
Acquire new customers and cross-sell products to existing clients.

Job
Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
