Location: Multiple locations across JAIPUR , JODHPUR , BHIVMWADI AND UDAIPUR
* Experience : Minimum 1 year+ in Life Insurance sales or BFSI (Banking/Financial Services/Insurance).* Education: Graduation is mandatory.* Age: Should be between 22 to 32 years.* CTC Range: 5 lpa(Minimum 1 year li exp) Candidates must be aligned with this range before submission. * Channel Understanding: Candidate must be aware that this is a Banca channel role with field + branch duties.* Vehicle: Mandatory requirement for field travel.

Preferred Background:
Life Insurance companies only.No Credit Card, Receptionist, or Non-BFSI profiles will be entertained.Dump CVs will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Grow life insurance business through HDFC Bank branches and achieve sales targets.
2. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with bank branch managers and employees.3. Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within HDFC Bank's customer base.4. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost market share.5. Customer & Partner Service: Deliver exceptional service and support to HDFC Bank staff and customers.6. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for HDFC Bank staff on Aditya Birla Life Insurance products and sales techniques.7. Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely policy issuance and accurate documentation.8. Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
