To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in real estate sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment are essential. Knowledge of the local real estate market, proficiency in CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous.
