Relationship Manager

As a Sales Representative / Relationship Manager for a premium brand specializing in high-quality riding shoes for bikers, your primary role will be to drive growth and establish strong partnerships with our expanding dealer network. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new dealers to broaden our distribution network, as well as nurturing existing relationships to maintain consistent sales performance. You will be expected to proactively generate leads, pursue new business opportunities, and surpass monthly sales targets. Additionally, providing product training and support to dealers to enhance sales performance will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the footwear, apparel, or automotive accessories industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously. A passion for biking would be advantageous, as we prefer individuals with a genuine interest in the biking community. Extensive travel to meet dealers, attend trade shows, and represent our brand to the riding community will also be required to successfully expand our business.
