Relationship Manager

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the stock market sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Advise clients on their equity portfolios and provide recommendations to generate brokerage through advisory services.
• Stay updated with market knowledge and trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and risk management practices.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations as necessary.
• Facilitate cross-selling of products like mutual funds, SIPs, and portfolio management services (PMS) to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably finance or economics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with clients.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for portfolio analysis and client relationship management is essential.
• A strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements is necessary.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments or functions as needed.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investments, insurance, or stock market, is preferred.
