Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are hiring for the role of Relationship Manager - Business Banking for IndusInd Bank. (Individual Role) Sourcing of NTBs from branch, open market/Direct sourcing/references. Should have prior experience in lending of working capital ( Fund based & Non fund based) Meeting set productivity parameters, income generation from the existing client base to promote additional banking products and services Build and maintain strong relationships with existing SME clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking-related needs. Understand clients' business objectives, financial goals, and challenges to offer customized banking solutions and value-added services Provide financial advisory services to SME clients, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards governing business banking activities. Conduct customer due diligence, KYC & AML checks. Experience and understanding of local market is essential. Requirements: 1) Any UG / PG Degree2) 4 To 9 years experience in Working Capital , Business Banking, SME would be preferred.
