Description

The Relationship Manager - Business Banking will be responsible for managing relationships with business clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving sales of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business banking clients to understand their financial needs.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Prepare and present financial proposals to clients that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business banking team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of banking products and services, especially in business banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and financial modeling tools.
