Job Description

A banking relationship managerbuilds and maintains client relationships by understanding needs, providing financial advice, and cross-selling bank products like loans, investments, and savings accounts. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, resolving customer issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and manage accounts.

Core responsibilities

Client relationship management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients through personalized service.
Sales and business development:
Achieve individual and branch sales targets by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products and services, including loans, investments, and wealth management.
Financial advice and consultation:
Provide expert advice on banking products, assess clients financial needs, and help them achieve their financial goals.
Account management:
Monitor client accounts, track performance, conduct portfolio reviews, and ensure all client needs are met.
Customer service:
Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new financial products to identify new business opportunities.
Internal collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as marketing and support, to provide a seamless and consistent client experience.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities and documentation comply with banking regulations.
