Relationship Manager - Banca

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement

    :

    Drive sales and achieve targets

    primarily through the assigned bank branches, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Product Sales

    : Actively focus on

    selling the company's products

    to bank customers, leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Sales Support

    : Provide comprehensive

    sales support

    to the Channel Relationship Officer (CRO) in their sales efforts. This includes

    generating benefit illustrations

    and, when required,

    accompanying on client calls

    to facilitate sales closures.
  • Bank Relationship Management

    : Cultivate and maintain a strong,

    open, and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff

    of the bank, as the bank serves as a key customer for the Business Manager.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Engagement

    : Regularly

    engage the employees of the bank branches in discussions

    to effectively

    transfer knowledge about insurance

    and the company's product offerings. Proactively

    understand their issues/concerns about selling insurance

    , and work towards resolutions.
  • Service & Customer Satisfaction

    :

    Ensure that all service requirements are met

    ,

    medicals are facilitated

    , and ultimately, that

    customers are satisfied

    with the entire process.

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets through bank branches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of financial products, particularly insurance.
