Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to drive international sales growth in the home décor segment
• Identify potential overseas markets and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s global footprint
• Achieve assigned sales targets and manage key export accounts effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export policies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in international sales and marketing in a Product based company.
• An MBA (Preference)
• Fluent in English
• Ready to travel the world while closing deals and building connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
