Your Role:
✨ Acquire and empanel new IT clients; grow existing accounts
✨ Pitch tailored hiring solutions, negotiate commercials, and close deals
✨ Collaborate closely with recruitment teams for quality delivery
✨ Own revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 6+ years in IT recruitment business development (Permanent / C2H / Product clients)
✅ Strong client network with proven lead-generation success
✅ Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
✅ Open to client meetings and travel when required
