Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1.Client Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth Platinum clients. Build strong, long-term relationships through regular interactions, customized offerings, and superior service delivery. Act as a one-point contact for all banking and investment needs of the clients. 2.Business Development Source new HNI clients through referrals, existing customer base, and branch network. Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive sales of banking products such as savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, mutual funds, and wealth products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for assets, liabilities, and third-party products. 3.Customer Service Excellence Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and complaints in coordination with the service team. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer financial solutions. Maintain high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 4.Compliance & Risk Management Adhere strictly to internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic KYC and risk assessments to ensure client compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and reports as per audit and compliance guidelines.
