Job Summary: The Loan Sales Manager is responsible for driving loan product sales, managing a sales team, acquiring new customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team targets for various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, auto loans, business loans, etc. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business volume. 2. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Finance or Marketing is preferred) 3–5 years of experience in loan sales or financial services Proven experience in handling a sales team is an advantage --- Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong sales and customer service orientation Leadership and team management capabilities Target-driven mindset Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
