Registered Nurse Regional Manager (East Region)

As the RN Regional Manager at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting infusion nursing services within a designated region. Your role will involve direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses, coordination with partner agencies, and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve infusion nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. - Monitor adherence to infusion therapy protocols and infection control practices. - Supervise, mentor, and support field infusion nurses across the assigned region. - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary. - Lead onboarding for new infusion nurses, ensuring thorough and effective integration into the team. - Act as the primary liaison between field nurses, internal departments, and external partner agencies. - Ensure that nursing services are provided in full compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies. - Stay current with best practices in infusion therapy and home health nursing. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Qualifications Required: - Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing. - Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy. - At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role. - Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings. - Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices. - Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools. - Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
