As an Intensive Care Nurse at Artha Assisted Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, support, and medical assistance to senior residents. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or GNM, a valid nursing license, relevant certifications, proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a senior care or assisted living facility, strong clinical skills, excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar setting, empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing quality care to seniors. Patient Care : Providing advanced and specialized medical care to critically ill patients in the MICU, including those with complex medical conditions, multiple organ failure, or acute exacerbations of chronic illnesses. Medical Decision-Making : Making informed and timely medical decisions, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Advanced Procedures : Performing and overseeing advanced medical procedures and interventions, such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, central line placement, and hemodynamic monitoring. Diagnosis and Treatment : Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Patient Monitoring : Monitoring patient conditions, vital signs, lab results, and response to treatment, and adjusting interventions as necessary.
