Director - Wellness Center

As a highly experienced Director for the Wellness Center with a strong background in Clinical Psychology, you will be responsible for leading the wellness center, developing mental health programs, overseeing clinical services, and ensuring high-quality psychological support for individuals and groups. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing evidence-based mental health programs and interventions, supervising and supporting a team of psychologists, counselors, and wellness professionals, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards in clinical practice, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of wellness initiatives to adjust programs accordingly. In addition, you will be expected to develop long-term strategies for the growth and expansion of the wellness center, oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning, establish partnerships with healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and corporate entities, and drive community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and accessibility. Furthermore, you will provide consultations and therapy for individuals, groups, and organizations as needed, conduct workshops, training sessions, and wellness seminars, and foster relationships with external stakeholders to enhance service offerings and funding opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Doctorate (Ph.D./Psy.D.) or Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field, be a licensed or certified clinical psychologist with significant leadership experience, have a proven track record in mental health program development and implementation, possess strong knowledge of psychological assessment, counseling techniques, and therapy models, and ideally have experience managing a wellness center or a similar healthcare facility.,
