Regional Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training & Development Executive to design, deliver, and manage effective training programs aligned with business and market requirements. The role involves close collaboration with HR, sales teams, and department heads to enhance employee performance, improve retention, and support organizational growth across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to employee and regional business needs.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) in coordination with HR and functional leaders.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and reviews.
• Manage OEC onboarding, including 3 months of handholding and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• Conduct OEC interviews and support selection and onboarding processes.
• Monitor and implement strategies to control attrition of OECs.
• Ensure effective usage and support of the Learning Management System (OLN).
• Deliver training on products, selling skills, and soft skills.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align training with business objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to nurture and support OECs.
• Travel within the assigned region to deliver training programs as required.
• Track, monitor, and report training outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices in training and development.
• Need to handle promoters in entire Kerala

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MBA Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience are also eligible.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and training initiatives effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
