Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Regional Sales Managers, Branch Sales Managers, Senior Sales Executives, and Sales Executives handling Channel Partners, DSAs, Agents, and Connectors and third-party agencies.The role is based in Vijayawada,Hyderabad,Chennai,Banglore,Kolkata,Bhilaspur,Kochhin,Goa and all South States Andhrapradesh , Telanagana, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala,Odisha,Chatishgarh,Pondicherry,Westbengal and Goa with flexibility for some work-from Field some work from-home options. The responsibilities include managing P&L models, driving sales, developing and maintaining relationships with Clients and channel partners, executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, overseeing the sales teams, and providing training and support to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing and developing channel partnerships
- Proficiency in P&L management and sales strategy execution
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the finance or banking industry is preferred
- Branch Manager and Up-to Level Minimum Degree Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relavant field with 4-10 Yrs
- Relationship Officer and Executives Minimum Intermediate and relevant field experience with 6m-2 Yrs
