Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or retail-related solutions. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their business impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and apply common sense in sales approaches. Basic computer knowledge for managing CRM tools and reports. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
