Develop and execute business development goals to meet and/or exceed sales target for Asia Develop market and grow customer base to position the company’s products and services Engineered Systems Sales responsibility in region with primary focus on services sales. Account ownership of ongoing and supplemental business as well as renewals at existing client asset services sites Proactively position and close water services projects to potential customer base in the territory Use multiple products and services to creatively solve customer problems and issues Support companies’ new products launch campaigns and gather market information for companies’ new developments. Participate in the operating rhythms necessary to support operations and growth in Asia. Strong focus on building strategic accounts, leveraging the breadth of the company to build executive level customer relationships, solutions, and loyalty. Work in a matrix environment, interfacing at various levels of functional groups throughout the organization Interface with Product Marketing and other disciplines to leverage their expertise to create value proposition for customer Deliver results meeting goals on revenue and bookings, and fulfil other goals and objectives Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
