Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Business Manager, your role involves developing potential markets for Cattle Feed, establishing a distribution network in targeted markets, and tracking purchase & sales channel partners. You will be responsible for creating awareness amongst customers, analyzing competitors" activities, and increasing the brand value as well as the market value of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Appointment & development of Distributors channels. - Managing / Hiring team members of different locations as per the company's vision. - Setting sales targets for individual A.B.M. and your team as a whole. - Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products. - Achieving the targets and goals set in your area. - Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base. - Servicing the needs of existing customers. - Increasing business opportunities through various routes of the market. - Developing innovative higher sales strategies. - Focusing on team members to help them achieve their targets. - Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself. - Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research. - Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. - Suggesting & implementing brand promotional activities. Qualifications Required: - Preference to MBA (Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc. (Agriculture) / Any Graduate or Post Graduate. - Bachelor's degree required. - 1 year of experience in Agriculture and 10 years of experience in Field sales. In addition to the above, you will be expected to have sales experience in the agriculture industry and be an immediate joiner. Please note that the work location is in person. Thank you.,
