Job Description

As the Regional Manager, Sales and Business Development for WAGNER India in the west region, your primary role will be to expand sales and business development activities for ASD & OxyReduct products. Working closely with the Vice President, Technical Specialist, and Product Managers, you will lead all aspects of the sales process including prospection, go-to-market strategies, Pipeline Management, and customer relationship management. Your proactive approach will be crucial during this startup phase to scale up the business in collaboration with the Managing Director. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define, review, and develop a Dealer/Distribution/Integrator network for ASD & OxyReduct business - Develop sales strategies and lead the Technical Specialist to action - Establish and execute business development strategies to achieve financial objectives - Develop Dealer/Distribution/Integrator Network in major cities in the west region - Identify target markets, generate leads, and engage directly with customers - Collaborate with Technical Specialist/Product Managers on marketing activities - Quantify and qualify business development opportunities, recommend pricing strategy - Own and be directly responsible for Sales Revenue for the specified region/territory - Generate demand in new market segments/geographies/verticals - Develop solutions for specific applications with the technical team - Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical teams - Joint responsibility for the collection of Account Receivables (AR) **Qualifications:** - Mandatory sales experience in fire alarm systems (early fire detection and prevention systems) - Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles with a track record of meeting sales quotas - Experience in sales through Channel Partners - Exposure to Datacenter environment is an added advantage - Experience in enterprise sales, solutioning, and specification is required - Knowledge of fire detection and fire suppression codes is preferred - Preferred engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical field - Graduate/Diploma in business administration is an added advantage If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please send your application to angad.kamat@wagnergroup.com or india@wagnergroup.com.,
