Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers across assigned territories
Achieve sales targets across multiple products and channels in the designated region
Conduct regular meetings with the area sales team to review performance and progress
Set individual and team targets aligned with overall business goals
Ensure tight control over the sales process and adherence to sales protocols
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies
Support the team with sales planning, resource allocation, and customer engagement
Drive consistent performance and productivity across the sales hierarchy
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
