Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team at our on-site location in the Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing proposals to drive revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies, generating leads, and preparing sales forecasts to meet organizational objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining post-sale client satisfaction and ensuring smooth project transitions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
• Experience in B2B sectors or the branding/advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
