Location: Indore, Central India

RudraX Dynamics is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead our strategic expansion in EV charging infrastructure deployment across Central India and beyond.

The Opportunity:

As we accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility, we are building a comprehensive EV charging ecosystem that bridges critical infrastructure gaps. This role offers the opportunity to drive market penetration, establish strategic partnerships, and unlock significant value creation in a rapidly expanding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for EV charging solutions

• Identify high-impact business opportunities and develop value propositions

• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the EV ecosystem

• Drive revenue growth through structured client acquisition programs

• Translate market insights into actionable strategic initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✓ Proven track record in B2B Sales with demonstrated revenue impact

✓ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

✓ Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex business environments

✓ Entrepreneurial orientation with strong execution discipline

✓ Deep understanding of infrastructure or emerging technology sectors

Qualifications

Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management

Analytical, Research, and Strategic Thinking skills

Effective Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities

Proficiency in Market Analysis, Pipeline Management, and Deal Structuring

Experience in the EV Charging infrastructure sectors is a plus

Ability to manage priorities efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
