Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance function with full ownership of financial reporting, planning, and compliance
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including account receivables, payables, and general ledger activities
Oversee the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and regulatory filings
Handle treasury operations including cash flow management, fund utilization, and banking relationships
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure financial and statutory compliance
Drive process improvements and financial controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation aligned with business goals
