We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator & Videographer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to develop engaging video and visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video production, editing, and visual storytelling, with a strong grasp of social media trends and lead generation content . You will play a key role in creating content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Video Production & Shooting Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Capture compelling visuals using various camera angles (wide, close-up, overhead, POV, etc.) to tell effective brand stories Set up lighting, sound, and background for indoor and outdoor shoots Stay hands-on with equipment such as DSLRs, gimbals, microphones, tripods, and lighting kits Shoot with a creative eye — turning simple scenes into dynamic, scroll-stopping visuals Content Creation & Creative Concepting Bring fresh, original content ideas to the table for social media campaigns, product launches, and storytelling videos Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content angles and visual styles that align with brand goals Produce high-quality visual and written content including videos, product shots, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, etc. Develop content across formats: vertical video, carousels, thumbnails, reels, story highlights, and more. Meta Ads & Lead Generation Create performance-focused video and visual assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads Work with the digital marketing team to design ad creatives that generate clicks, leads, and conversions Analyze ad creative performance and optimize visuals and messaging accordingly Trend Awareness & Platform Strategy Monitor content trends and viral formats on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in content creation and videography Strong knowledge of video production, camera settings, shot composition, and multiple shooting angles Skilled in using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software Proficiency in camera and audio equipment (DSLR/mirrorless, mics, gimbals, lighting) Creative thinker with a portfolio or reel demonstrating original ideas and video concepts Understanding of Meta Ads creative formats and how to design performance-based content Familiarity with SEO principles and how to apply them to video content Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to final delivery Adapt shooting and editing style to match current platform-specific trends Use analytics tools to understand audience engagement and improve future content Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
