Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We’re seeking a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our content team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, has a sharp eye for design, and is skilled at video editing and motion graphics. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life daily—designing, scripting, and producing content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Video Editing: Create high-quality video content including short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, brand videos, promos).
• Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Add animated elements, transitions, typography, and other enhancements to elevate visual storytelling.
• Color Grading & Sound Design: Apply professional color correction and mix audio for maximum impact.
• Daily Scripting & Idea Generation: Collaborate with the creative team to pitch and script new video ideas every day.
• Content Strategy Input: Recommend video formats, lengths, and styles that align with social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Graphic Design Support: Design thumbnail images, banners, lower-thirds, and other branded graphics as needed.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with marketers, writers, and designers to bring content ideas from concept to execution.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio or demo reel.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or similar).
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Deep understanding of content formats for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Creative eye for detail, pacing, storytelling, transitions, and music sync.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

• Experience with 2D/3D animation or visual effects.
• Scriptwriting or copywriting experience.
• On-set production or camera operation.
• Voice-over editing or audio production experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
