Key Responsibilities:

• Design & implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across regions.
• Set & track short-term and long-term sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive market expansion, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with doctors, hospitals, distributors, retailers, and government agencies.
• Launch new products & strengthen brand positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  16–25 years in Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Devices industry.

• Education:

  MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).

• Skills:

  Advanced IT & Excel, exposure to CRM/DMS/SFA, strong analytical & strategic planning skills.

• Leadership:

  Proven track record in handling teams of 10+ people across multiple regions.

• Industry Exposure:

  Doctors, hospitals, retailing, tender business, and field sales capability.
• Strong experience in achieving large turnovers (₹1 Cr+).

Key Deliverables (KRAs):

• Sales target achievement (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary).
• Dealer & Super-dealer planning and management.
• Business development with hospitals & tender segments.
• New product & category launches.
• Driving sales excellence through planning, execution & market intelligence.
