Job Responsibility

  • Formulating

    annual and monthly sales plans

    and implementing sales strategies
  • Monitoring

    market trends

    to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieving

    territory sales targets

    , enrolments, and payment collections
  • Building and strengthening

    hospital and gynecologist tie-ups

  • Meeting gynecologists to discuss

    latest developments in stem cell therapy

  • Handling and guiding

    Relationship Executives and counselors

  • Generating leads and ensuring

    counseling and presentations to patients

  • Overseeing

    customer feedback

    , service quality, and claim resolution
  • Reviewing performance of the sales team and

    conducting training programs

  • Appointing, training, and placing counselors at

    OBGYN clinics, hospitals, and birthing centers

  • Ensuring timely

    payment collections and documentation

  • Regular reporting to the

    respective reporting manager

    as per structure

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in

    Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Nursing / Healthcare Management / Business Administration

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing

    will be an added advantage


Experience

  • 8–12 years

    of relevant sales experience in

    healthcare / diagnostics / medical devices / pharma / hospital services

  • Minimum

    3–5 years in a regional leadership role

  • Experience in

    team handling across multiple locations

    (preferably metro cities like Bangalore & Mumbai)
  • Proven exposure to

    institutional sales, hospital tie-ups, and channel management


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong

    regional sales strategy & execution

  • Team leadership & people management

  • Target planning, forecasting &

    revenue achievement

  • Key account management

    and relationship building
  • Experience in

    market expansion & new territory development

  • Ability to analyze

    sales MIS, KPIs, and performance metrics

    marketing, operations, and HR


Preferred Attributes

  • Existing network with

    hospitals, fertility centers, diagnostic labs

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
